Oh that was a while ago. Enthusiast meet ups are always around. Lake Yamanaka has cruises through there.

For newer cars you can go hang out in that Daikoku parking lot in Yokohama, all kinds of stuff can show up there.

-Tatsumi parking area, which is off the Wangan highway outside Tokyo, on the exit ramp to highway 9.

-Shibarua parking area which is off the Rainbow Bridge Tokyo inbound highway off the Wangan.

-Hakozaki parking area, off of either highway 6 outbound Tokyo, or highway 9 inbound Tokyo.
